KEY FOCUS
Our volunteer service focuses on three key areas: "Empower for Change", "Build for Support", and "Drive for the Future". Beneficiaries include needy groups, such as elderly living alone, underprivileged families, youth, caregivers, SEN students, and ethnic minorities, etc. We aim to collaborate with charity partners to drive positive change, fostering a sustainable and inclusive community.

Leveraging our resources and network, the CTF Services Charity Foundation (“The Foundation”) leads our community impact investments. We aim to collaborate with charitable organizations to create meaningful social change through strategic community investment. VOLUNTEER GUIDELINES
Meaning of Volunteer Work
- A proactive expression of love, care, and sharing.
- An opportunity to utilize personal strengths while acquiring new knowledge and skills.
- A change to take responsibility as a citizen and give back to society.

Meaning of Volunteer Work
- CTFS Volunteer Alliance members are expected to support the development of the organization and actively participate in its activities.
- All volunteer work carried out by CTFS Volunteer Alliance is voluntary in nature; no member shall receive any remuneration for their volunteer services.
- Volunteers must not disclose any personal information or photos of service recipients through any channel (including social media) without the consent of the individuals and the organization.
- Members may not use the organization’s name for any activities (e.g., political promotion or activities contrary to the organization’s interests) without prior approval.

Volunteer Attitude and Responsibilities
- Be patient, responsible, tolerant, and committed to completing tasks
- Treat the beneficiaries with kindness and enthusiasm, and respect and understand their needs with empathy.

Termination of Membership
- Any violation of the organization’s rules, Hong Kong laws, or actions that negatively impact the organization’s image or interests may result in termination of membership.
- If a member seriously violates the volunteer guidelines (e.g., leaking beneficiary privacy, accepting benefits, or committing fraud), their membership will be instantly and automatically revoked.
- Members who leave the CTF Services Group can still retain their membership status. Please update your contact information promptly to ensure continued communication.
